Reunion Infrastructure founders, Andy Moon and Billy Lee, recently spoke with NPM's Jon Berke about tax transferability and early market feedback from both tax credit buyers and sellers. As Moon notes in the interview, "The winning market place streamlines and standardizes the process of selling tax credits, and allows corporations and banks to easily purchase tax credits and support clean energy with minimal risk...Similarly, it will need to convince reputable developers that if the marketplace identifies a buyer and price, they can bank on the buyer being there and the price will hold at placed-in-service."
